I am delighted to present a unique new type of treatment; Embodied Alchemy. It’s a transformative two-and-a-half-hour journey designed to release stagnation, restore flow, and integrate deep healing across body, mind, and spirit. This bespoke treatment blends talking therapy, somatic bodywork, Shamanic healing, movement, and meditation – guiding you toward clarity, openness, and alignment with the new energies moving through your life. Starting with a consultation, we will identify just what combination of therapies will work best for you. You won’t find anything else like it!

You can expect some of the following in your bespoke treatment:

Talking Therapy – A safe space for reflection, release, and insight.

Counselling in Marlborough and Hungerford

I’m offering a new service; counselling for adults. I’m registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

Counselling is a safe and confidential space where you can explore difficult emotions, thoughts and situations. It can be used to work with issues like stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, despair, or trauma. I have a particular interest and expertise working with both grief and with addiction issues. I work in an integrative way, taking a holistic approach including mind, body and spirit.

The counselling I offer focusses on what you need to realise your own abilities and resources to deal with what you are facing. I believe we all have within us the desire and capability to grow and flourish, no matter how dark things feel, if we receive the right support. Typically, during an hour’s session we talk and explore what is going on together; I don’t give advice or make judgements, I support you to understand your situation and what you might find helpful. While there is no expectation of a particular number of sessions, counselling tends to work better over a number of months, rather than meeting for one session or a few, so I work in an open-ended fashion.

I offer counselling for the Marlborough and Hungerford area in my rooms in Chisbury, and can work online or by telephone, with 60 minutes costing £65. While I recommend working weekly with appointments at the same time each week, I understand this is not always possible and I can offer flexible times during the day. Please contact me to discuss what might work for you.

If I already have a relationship with you through offering other treatments, talk to me about this, as sometimes it may be better to see a counsellor who you do not already know.

Chakradance session, October 16th

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well and finding joy in autumn so far!

Our next Chakradance session will soon be here, to be held on Sunday October 16th, 10am to 11.30am at Bedwyn Village Hall. This time we will be dancing the Awakening Base Chakra. This is the Dance of Mother Earth.

Our base chakra is connected with our overall physical health. In this chakra we connect with our instincts. If we don’t spend enough time outdoors this connection may weaken, and when this happens we lose touch with our own instincts, we feel unsafe, unstable and out of rhythm with life.

In Chakradance we enter into a waking dream. We begin to activate inner experiences. You may see images as you dance, recall memories and gain insights. It is an organic unfolding of what is held in our base chakra. We have the opportunity to release stagnated energy bringing our lives into balance and flow.

We allow the medicine of the music, which has been specifically selected to resonate with the base chakra, to bring this energy centre into harmony. When this chakra is in balance, we feel supported, our foundation is secure, addictions can be healed, our physical body is nurtured.

This movement therapy weaves together, spontaneous dance, resonant music, meditation and mandala art. The cost is £20.00

Rachael Drew joins Chisbury Wellbeing

Rachael Drew, an experienced beauty and massage therapist, is joining Chisbury Wellbeing. She begins working on Mondays from June 6th. I’m really delighted Rachel is on board to make her offering to you.

Super Saturday Special Offer, 24th March

My new therapist Claire Dwyer is offering a range of special Beauty Treatments at introductory prices on Saturday March 24th. On offer will be Lash Extensions, Gelish manicure or pedicure, and threading. Lash Extensions are Claire’s speciality, and she uses Mink Lashes from the Eyelash Emporium – the treatment takes about 2 and a half hours and normally costs £100 – on the day only £60.00. The Gelish manicure/pedicure (you choose) takes 60 minutes and normally costs £38.00, on the day £28.00. For threading the price varies depending on what you want done, so please inquire for price. The day runs from 10.30am to 4.30pm, so please book early for the limited places available.

Introducing Claire Dwyer – new therapist at Quiescence

This month we welcome Claire Dwyer to the Quiescence family! Claire is a highly professional, qualified and fully insured Massage and Beauty Therapist. She holds a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy and is a member of The Guild of Beauty Therapists.

I love her massages; she offers a range of beauty and massage treatments, including Warm Bamboo Massage, Lava Shell Rescue Therapy, Spray Tans, Gelish nails and Threading. Claire specialises in lashes – lifts, tints and lash extensions. She can provide home visits.

For just £12.00 come along and try a toe or nail paint, Indian Head Massage, Advanced Tsuboki Face Massage or Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage.
