Bespoke Healing Journey: Embodied Alchemy

I am delighted to present a unique new type of treatment; Embodied Alchemy. It’s a transformative two-and-a-half-hour journey designed to release stagnation, restore flow, and integrate deep healing across body, mind, and spirit. This bespoke treatment blends talking therapy, somatic bodywork, Shamanic healing, movement, and meditation – guiding you toward clarity, openness, and alignment with the new energies moving through your life. Starting with a consultation, we will identify just what combination of therapies will work best for you. You won’t find anything else like it!

Counselling in Marlborough and Hungerford area

Dear Friends,

I’m delighted to reconnect with you after a period of deep study and growth. Over the last 4–5 years, I have been immersed in learning and have now qualified as a psycho-spiritual counsellor. This journey has deepened my understanding of healing, and I’m excited to now offer counselling alongside my existing practices in massage, Reiki, and shamanic healing. Counselling is a safe and confidential space where you can explore difficult emotions, thoughts and situations. It can be used to work with issues like stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, despair, or trauma. I have a particular interest and expertise working with both grief and with addiction issues.

As a psycho-spiritual counsellor, I integrate mind, body, and spirit to help you find balance, healing, and self-discovery. Drawing from the traditions of psychosynthesis, person-centred therapy, and Jungian principles, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you are at the heart of the session. My work is focused on fostering a therapeutic relationship that supports you in unfolding and becoming your most authentic self. I do not provide advice or answers but walk alongside you, helping you access your inner wisdom and reach your own insights. Together, we explore the profound connection between your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to find clarity and healing from within. While there is no expectation of a particular number of sessions, counselling tends to work better over a number of months, rather than meeting for one session or a few, so I work in an open-ended fashion. I am an accredited registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I can work online or by telephone, with 60 minutes costing £65. While I recommend working weekly at the same time, at least to start with, I understand this is not always possible and can offer flexible times during the day. Please contact me to discuss what might work for you.

Aromatherapy Facials

This lovely treatment focusses on relaxation by concentrating on the muscles of the face, neck and arm areas. Our face is often neglected, but it contains many small muscles and lymphatic drainage channels. These can carry significant tension and profoundly affect how we feel; perhaps blocked, puffy, or stiff. A facial can give a wonderful experience of release.

I use a specific blend of carefully selected essentials oils for a truly unique facial. The treatment includes shoulder, neck, hand and arm massage to fully relax the upper body. During consultation I can advise you on the oils to choose for your facial, or can select them for you. This deeply relaxing treatment takes 60 minutes and costs £58.00.

Shamanic & Energy Work

I have recently completed a two year course in Shamanic and Energy Work, and am now offering this within my practice.

This work is good for anybody wanting to clear energetic blockages and stagnation, and deepen into their full potential . I am trained in infusion and extraction, sound healing, alignment, organ and spine regeneration, auric and psychic surgery, cleaning relationship cords, regression technique, soul and power retrieval, spirit release, clearing ancestral patterns and curses.

£60 per hour.  Treatments are normally an hour and a half to two hours or more, but we will speak before the treatment about what you need and what your budget is. Contact me if you want to know more.

Swedish Clogs

Perfect for Christmas!  I sell a wonderful range of handmade clogs from Sweden in different designs and colours. They are so comfortable!  You can get them traditional or vegan, off the shelf from my small stock or order to your own taste. The clogs cost about £60 a pair (there is some variation depending on design).  Ask me about them and if you are interested we can look at designs and colours. Orders take a few weeks to fulfil, so if you want a cool and different present for Christmas then call me now!

This wonderful treatment combines massage, energy field alignment and crystal therapy to create something really quite special!  I’ve developed it as my unique signature treatment combining my experience and learning from the last decade.  To launch us into Summer I’m offering it at £10 off during June.

The treatment aligns your energy field and connects you to the earth, so that you are fully present in your body and in alignment with your true essence. The alignment is followed by body massage working with both soft tissue and deep tissue massage movements.  I then use crystals specially selected for your body to massage specific areas where blocked energy needs to be released, improving the energetic balance of your body. I’m told it’s simply wonderful!

The treatment takes 90 minutes and normally costs £75.00 – during June just £65!
