Open Day raises £358 for The Brooke
We had such a great day on Saturday and it was so lovely to see everyone! Thanks so much for all the kind donations that enabled us to raise £358 for The Brooke charity for working horses and donkeys. My especial thanks to Sarah and Emily who were absolute troopers, providing free taster treatments throughout the day, to Arabella for helping on the day and to my partner Chris who led meditation and held card readings. Thanks also to our four legged supporters; Dougal the pony raised money by eating carrots, while Princess Jessica Benbow has just completed her 24 hour sponsored sleep, raising £70 of the total amount through her her efforts! Apparently she hit the wall at hour 17, but was able to sleep through it and make it to the full 24 hours!
We held a raffle for a gift box of Neal’s Yard products and the draw was held with the help of Linda last night. The lucky winner is Arabella Tancred, well deserved, lovely!
I really want to thank everyone who came or sent their best wishes once more. We had a very special day in a very special new place and you made it possible!
Open Day – Saturday July 16th
I’m going to be holding an open day at my new premises on Saturday 16th July, put it in your diary NOW! I am offering free half hour taster sessions for Indian Head Massage, Facials and Thai Foot Massage – with donations encouraged in aid of The Brooke, the charity for working horses and donkeys that I ran the Edinburgh marathon to support. A couple of my fellow therapists are going to be there to help and there will be a raffle, plus a sale of products! Not to be missed!
Chris from Creative Difference will also be helping me, offering an afternoon meditation group and fun power animal card readings, also in aid of The Brooke.
There will be refreshments and jollity! If you’re coming along and want to be sure of a treatment or consultation, contact me ahead of time. Everything is Free – but I’m asking for donations to The Brooke charity for working animals on the day.

Holiday Dates

Meditation Group break dates
The Saturday meditation group will not be meeting next week (16th April) or the week after (23rd April). We’re going to resume our calming exploration of meditation and spirituality on 30th April, hopefully in our new premises in Chisbury. Exciting!
We have to further apologise as on the 7th and 14th of May we will also be away, due to exams and the annual holiday. Sorry for this so quickly on the heals of the other break. After this we expect to run the group more solidly in the new premises.
