Work is continuing on the premises in Chisbury! Much of the building work is complete, including rewiring, flooring, insulation, internal modifications and plastering. Plumbing work for the new shower area is being done today and they’re starting to paint it. It’s looking absolutely fabulous so far! We hope the work will be done by the end of next week, after which I’ll be offering a whole new pamper experience!

Building Work Starts
Building work has started on the new business premises I’m sharing with counsellor Chris Paul! It will take about three weeks for the building to be gutted and remodelled. The building is being insulated, rewired, is having a shower put in and being decorated to offer a fabulous spa style facility! It’s on Lower Farm in beautiful Chisbury. In the summer we hope to have an open day event to celebrate the new facility!
Back massage at Eggstravaganza event
Last weekend I enjoyed offering Indian Head Massage at the Great Bedwyn Eggstravaganza. We even met the Easter Bunny – and of course I put in my Easter Egg order!

I’m going to be at the Great Bedwyn Easter Eggstravaganza on the 19th March. I’ll be doing taster Indian Head Massage treatments and offering Neal’s Yard products for sale. Something for the parents while the young ones enjoy the activities!
Meditation Group dates and location
The Saturday meditation group is not meeting on Saturday 12th and 19th of March. We will be meeting 26th March during Easter, but in Hungerford rather than Chisbury. This is because of the building works on our premises, which are expected to run for 4 weeks from 21st March. During that time we will hold the group in Hungerford – contact me or Chris Paul for details.
New business premises
I may have mentioned to a few of you that I’m developing a new business premises in Chisbury near where I live. I’m doing this with Counsellor and Life Coach Chris Paul. Last week we finally signed the documents to allow us to begin redeveloping the building, which we hope will be ready by the end of April.
It’s a fabulous little spot for massage, holistic healing work and beauty treatments! It’s being developed to offer shower facilities so I can offer really sumptuous and relaxing spa-like pamper sessions!
I’ll keep you updated on progress through this blog and my monthly newsletter. Some time in early summer we’ll have an opening day to which you’ll all be invited!

Meditating on the breath
The new meditation group I’m running with Chris Paul is well established and we’ve started with meditations on the breath, body, and a visualisation to contact our inner wise person. Next Saturday we’ll be doing another breath based meditation to help bring the benefits of relaxation, concentration and peace into our lives. Contact me or Chris if you’re interested in coming.

Meditation Group starts next Saturday
Chris Paul and I start a Mediation and Awareness of Self Group from January 9th. Meeting in Chisbury, we will practice meditation and work with imagery to both relax and to explore ourselves.
This will be every Saturday afternoon for an hour and a half, from 2pm to 3:30pm. Each session will be £15 pay as you go. Contact me if you want to come along.
