I am excited to share that Chakradance is coming back to Great Bedwyn Village Hall:

From July 3rd – August 14th 2022, Journeying Workshop, 10am -12pm Every Sunday morning for seven weeks.

As an accredited CHAKRADANCE facilitator, I am excited to be able to offer this healing dance practice for body and soul. Based on the 4000-year old system of the chakras that form the backbone of Eastern philosophies, including yoga and acupuncture, Chakradance is a surprisingly effective, anyone can do it, way to de-stress and rebalance your inner energies. Chakradance has been well received all over the world , including at the Chopra Centre in California.

Blending free-flowing movements with particular frequencies of sound, Chakradance™ will free the energy in your body and open you to a deeper experience of life. A healing dance/movement practice that draws on a fusion of philosophies and musical styles, Chakradance™ aims to restore health to our chakras – the energy centres that, in Eastern tradition, are the gateways to integrating mind, body and spirit. An unravelling of blocked energy, a deepened connection to your true, authentic self and the feeling of coming home.

In a darkened room, lit only by candle-light, we move with our eyes closed, and our attention turned inwards, for unlike most other dance practices, Chakradance™ is about making a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses.

Places are limited so please book early. I recommend committing to the 7 week experience if possible. If unable, you are also welcome to dive in and experience healing for individual Chakras.

Rachael Drew joins Chisbury Wellbeing

Rachael Drew, an experienced beauty and massage therapist, is joining Chisbury Wellbeing. She begins working on Mondays from June 6th. I’m really delighted Rachel is on board to make her offering to you.

Rachel says; “I have been a therapist for 30 years and still absolutely love what I do. Having studied at college for 3 years, I then began my career in London salons, gaining lots of experience. After several years, I headed back to Wiltshire where I grew up. My work in salons continued, alongside some mobile work until I had children. Since the I have predominantly worked on a mobile basis, building an amazing clientele through word of mouth only, and many of those clients are still with me now, 20 years later.

To cheer up February for you, we have two Special Offers this month. Sarah is offering her Tsuboki Japanese Face Lift Massage for just £39.00 (normally £46.00) – the treatment lasts 60 minutes. Sarah uses Japanese pressure Points (Tsubos) in this face massage to ensure you are relaxed and revived at the same time. It’s a wonderful treat for toning the skin and muscles of the face too and if regular treatments are carried out it can provide a non-surgical face lift.

Our second Special Offer is Shellac Nails, yay! Get your cuticles done, your nails filed, exfoliated and painted for just £29.00 (normally £36.00). The treatment takes about 45 minutes and I have a wide range of colours for you to try!

Our Special Offer for June is a Luxury Nail Pamper from our new therapist Emma Catt. During June she will do Manicure and Pedicures for £28 (that’s £5 saving on the ordinary price!). The treatments take an hour and are one of Emma’s specialities. Emma can provide this during weekdays, sadly not at the weekends.
