Meditation in Hungerford and Marlborough

The new meditation group I’m running with Chris Paul is well established and we’ve started with meditations on the breath, body, and a visualisation to contact our inner wise person.  Next Saturday we’ll be doing another breath based meditation to help bring the benefits of relaxation, concentration and peace into our lives.
