Meditation Group

In the new year I will be running a meditation group.  If you used to come to my group at Herongate the format will be familiar.  We will practice meditation and being present with ourselves through breath based and guided meditation. This is a chance to relax and reflect after a busy week and explore those parts of ourselves that may get forgotten during the hectic daily round, including our spiritual side. The group promotes mindfulness and self insight through meditation, discussion and work with imagery. I will be running this group in partnership with Counsellor and Life Coach Chris Paul. It will start on Saturday 9th January, 2016.  We will be holding it in Chisbury.  Contact me for directions.

Every Saturday, 2pm to 3.30pm. £15 per session.
